Movement+Mindfulness: Camp Close Cold Plunge 🌊
Sunday June 7, 2026 8:00am - 8:45am EDT
End the weekend with a splash.  Join us for a refreshing cold plunge in the lake as we celebrate connection, courage, and everything this weekend brought you. Whether you dive in or cheer from the shore, come soak up the final moments together.

Accessibility:
Safety: The lake is always supervised by certified lifeguards during all activity hours. For safety, campers are not permitted in these areas unless staff members are present. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are available. While strong swimming skills aren't a prerequisite, we do recommend that all campers have a basic level of comfort in the water.

Movement+Mindfulness: The Morning Integration Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath
Sunday June 7, 2026 8:00am - 8:45am EDT
Start your final day at Camp Breastie with a gentle, grounding practice to integrate your journey
before packing up and heading to the closing ceremony.

This session creates a peaceful transition, helping you gather your thoughts, ground your
energy, and prepare your heart for the closing ceremony and the journey home.
Our morning begins with a gentle awakening to ease your body into a state of conscious,
peaceful rest. You will then be guided through a soothing Yoga Nidra meditation to calm your
nervous system and help you carry the peace of this weekend forward into your daily life.
As you rest, the healing frequencies of a crystal bowl sound bath will wash over you, balancing
your energy and focusing on deep grounding and integration. Afterward, you are welcome to
stay and capture your thoughts in your journal or simply be on your way whenever you are
ready.

Wear: Comfortable, cozy layers (perfect for traveling home in later).

Bring: eye covering, blankets, pillows, journal or whatever else you like! Blankets and mats are
provided.

Open To: Every Breastie, regardless of movement ability or past meditation experience.
Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and fully absorb the magic of this weekend before
we say our final goodbyes. Hope you to see you there : )
