Panel: Health, Safety, Survival & Hope: Holding Community in Uncertain Times
Saturday June 6, 2026 10:00am - 10:45am EDT
What does it mean to navigate cancer, survivorship, or high risk while also existing as a member of an underrepresented or marginalized community?

For many Breasties, concerns around healthcare access, safety, visibility, belonging, and uncertainty can feel especially heavy right now. This panel creates space to name those realities with honesty and care — without losing sight of hope.

Together, panelists will explore how identity shapes experiences in healthcare, what it means to care for yourself and your community during difficult moments, and how we continue to move forward while holding fear, resilience, joy, and hope all at once.

Through anonymous audience participation, reflections, and shared experiences, this session invites everyone into the conversation — creating space to feel seen, release what feels heavy, and remember that no one has to navigate this alone.

Mini-Panel: The Weight We Carry: The Invisible Mental Load of Parenting and Cancer
Saturday June 6, 2026 12:00pm - 1:00pm EDT
A conversation about parenting through cancer, high risk, survivorship, uncertainty, and everything in between.

Parenting while navigating a cancer or high risk journey can hold so many competing emotions at once: love, guilt, fear, grief, joy, exhaustion, hope, and resilience. Join us for an honest and heartfelt panel conversation about what it means to show up for your children and yourself while navigating diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, recurrence fears, mental health, changing family dynamics, and the unexpected realities that can come with this experience.

Together, panelists will share personal stories, practical insights, and the ways they’ve learned to navigate caregiving, communication, identity, partnership, and emotional wellbeing through the many stages of parenthood and cancer.

Whether you are parenting young children, navigating fertility and future family plans, supporting teens, co-parenting through treatment, or simply carrying the emotional weight of “doing it all,” this session is intended to remind you that you are not alone.
