Movement+Mindfulness: Lakeside Scream + Release
Friday June 5, 2026 8:00am - 8:45am EDT
Born from a memorable Breastie magic moment between Karah and Nancy, The Lake Scream & Release session is a powerful, community-centered ritual designed to help Breasties let go of what they’ve been quietly carrying. In this safe, and judgment-free space, participants are invited to release fear, grief, anger, exhaustion, uncertainty—or anything else weighing heavy on them—through grounding, reflection, collective expression, and symbolic release. This session is about reminding ourselves that we are not alone in what we carry, and that we do not have to hold it all by ourselves.

Together, we’ll begin with a gentle grounding practice by the lake, connecting to nature and setting personal intentions. Each participant will receive a “burden stone” to hold what they may be ready to release, followed by a collective lake scream—an opportunity to physically and emotionally let it out alongside fellow Breasties who understand. Participants will then choose a personal release ritual, whether washing their stone in the water, leaving it behind, or fully immersing in the lake. The experience concludes with a grounding intention-setting moment, where Breasties will receive a second keepsake stone carrying a word of hope, softness, strength, or healing to take with them long after Camp ends. All are welcome—whether you come to scream, reflect, witness, or simply be held in community.
