About me
Rori is a Certified Personal Trainer, Cancer Exercise Specialist, and triple-negative breast cancer survivor. Diagnosed at age 33 after years of monitoring breast lumps and navigating preventive care challenges, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.
After her diagnosis, Rori turned to fitness as a tool for healing, strength, and regaining control, which later inspired her to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Cancer Exercise Specialist. Today, she helps those affected by breast cancer move, heal, and reclaim their lives through personalized fitness.
Passionate about bridging the gap between fitness and medical care, Rori advocates for survivors to feel heard during treatment and recovery and proudly serves as the Patient Advocacy Program Lead at Well Beyond Breast Cancer.
