Michele Lampach leads
Bobbie for Change, the social impact + policy arm of pediatric nutrition company, Bobbie. In her role, she spearheads initiatives that give back to communities, advances policy efforts, and forges impact-driven collaborations with grassroots nonprofit partners. Since 2023, Bobbie for Change has partnered with six leading nonprofits, including 4Kira4Moms, BirthFUND, the Breasties, and the Chamber of Mothers. Bobbie for Change focuses on five core pillars: creating a resilient, diverse and safe infant formula industry, eradicating maternal mortality, advocating for federal + state paid leave, securing insurance coverage for donor milk or infant formula for parents impacted by breast or gynecologic cancer and rapid response initiatives where there is need for infant formula. Michele is particularly passionate about leveraging private sector resources to drive meaningful change for modern parenthood. A mother of two and a human rights attorney, Michele brings a unique dual perspective to her work, blending personal experience with a deep commitment to social justice in her leadership at Bobbie for Change.
