About me
Lynn Reublinger is a professional educator, community leader, and breast cancer advocate dedicated to the art of holding space.
Trained in multiple modalities—including yoga, meditation, and breathwork—her work is centered on creating equitable, accessible community care. As a Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer thriver, Lynn's own path is deeply personal. Through mindfulness and movement, she has transformed her own relationship with chronic pain and overall well-being, learning to embrace every aspect of life with radical compassion.
Today, Lynn translates these lived experiences into her teaching. Whether she is facilitating Yoga Nidra Meditations here in the Hudson Valley, leading retreats, or hosting free virtual meet-ups for the Breasties Stage IV community, Lynn is committed to creating nurturing environments where healing can happen. Beyond her practice, she is an advocate and volunteer, organizing local events and fundraising for vital breast cancer research to support all of us living with this disease.
