About me
In August 2024, at 35, I was diagnosed with Stage 3C metaplastic HER2+ breast cancer. Treatment was hellish — and it revealed an undeniable truth: every cancer patient deserves encompassing mental health support.
I bring over a decade of experience in health, wellness, and resiliency — eight years in Special Education, and two-plus years in psychiatric rehabilitation at Boston University coaching young adults through mental health challenges daily.
Now I'm following my calling through Thrive Beyond Coaching — offering coaching, workshops, and free YouTube videos to help cancer patients rebuild, reclaim themselves, and find hope.
In my darkest days I wrote: "I don't want to survive cancer. I want to THRIVE." I've been through the fire — and I'm here to walk with you through yours.
